Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per SKU for stock items. For OEM/custom printed products, MOQ starts at 5,000-10,000 pieces depending on the product type and printing complexity. We also offer sample orders for quality evaluation before bulk purchase.

All our food-grade tableware products are certified to FDA (USA), LFGB (Germany/EU), OK Compost (TUV Austria), EN 13432 (EU biodegradability standard), and ISO 9001:2015. Our factory is also BSCI audited. Full test reports are available for download.

Standard ocean freight takes 15-25 days to major European ports and 20-30 days to US West Coast ports. We can also arrange air freight for urgent orders (5-7 days). We work with major shipping lines including Maersk, MSC, and COSCO. Full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) options available.

Yes! We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services including: laser engraving, hot stamping, silk-screen printing, and custom color matching. You can provide your logo in AI/PSD/CDR format, and we will provide a digital proof for your approval before production. Custom packaging design is also available.

Yes. Our PLA (Polylactic Acid) products are made from plant-based renewable resources (corn starch) and are certified compostable by TUV Austria under the OK Compost Industrial standard. Under industrial composting conditions (58°C, 60% RH), they fully biodegrade within 90 days into water, CO2, and biomass.

Absolutely. We offer free samples for quality evaluation — you only need to cover the shipping cost via DHL/FedEx. We can send up to 5 different products per sample request. Please use our Sample Request form to specify which items and quantities you need.
